It is many peoples opinion that our current laws were
intended to already cover this dispiciple activity.
Even if they were not, United States laws must be caught up to protect what
can be said in this medium in the same way we have governed by laws, what can be
said on a T.V. Think of what it would have been like had we allowed this to be
broadcast on cable T.V. Harassment, Defamation, Invasion of Privacy is worse in
this medium than in spoken or any other written form. Internet victimization is
exponentially worse on the victim than other mediums due to the high volume of
distribution. |
