Character vs. Background / True vs. False

A person’s background is not an overall metric of one’s character. Whereas, character is the aggregate of properties and qualities that distinguish one from another, background indicates a collection of one time event/s.   We must judge people based upon the aggregate qaulities and our experiences with them vs. an internet search full of one time events some true some false.

It is a person’s character that measures how a person lives every day, and what they make of it. By permitting organized functions of stalking, harassment, defamation and conspiracy through false dissemination with an almost impossible recourse for the victim is simply wrong. Even if that falsification and continued harassment involves ones criminal background

It should be noted that humans have two minds. The have a higher mind and a lower mind. The higher mind is the one that knows everything, even while it is not thinking or asleep. This is the wise mind that leads to all of peace and prosperity. The lower mind is the one that constantly operates by worrying and over reacting.  It is the mind that makes us nervous, fearful and prone to make mistakes. We as a country must learn how to quiet the lower mind and let the higher mind take over. The mind that knows that most people are good and we must judge others by our own experiences with them instead of relying on internet serarches to judge them for Employment purposes.

Unemployment, homelessness, and leper like treatment can not be allowed to be controlled by the false or half true statements designed to deceive of an anonymous internet user true or untrue in defamation and under the false cover of freedom of speech. The internet as a media forum has many other examples of problems and situations in which it has been used as an instrument in breaking the law and violating people’s rights in other categories of related and non-related tragedies. The internet has provided information and connectivity for some good causes, but it has also networked criminals in our country who use it as a systematic medium to carry out illegal acts that are hard for the person damaged to enforce due to economic, social, employment problems it has caused.
