Unemployment, homelessness, and leper like treatment can not
be allowed to be controlled by the false or half true statements designed to
deceive of an anonymous internet user true or untrue in defamation and under the
false cover of freedom of speech
This media form has many other examples of problems and situations in which it
has been used as an instrument in breaking the law and violating people’s rights
in other categories of related and non-related tragedies. The internet has
provided information and connectivity for some good causes, but it has also
networked criminals in our country who use it as a systematic medium to carry
out illegal acts that are hard for the person damaged to enforce due to
economic, social, employment problems it has caused.
It is not an issue of Freedom of Speech. Freedom of Speech, in any form, written
in constitution or law, invokes Freedom of Speech as a protection to Defame,
Harass, Stalk and Cyber Victimize.
Forget just standard the law is the law, The louder and more obtrusive you are
is the way to plow over consensus with your agenda. Cyber Defamation will be how civil
degradation started
We are now in a time, not of equal rights, but one of leveraged equality. It makes no sense to cover laws of
discrimination on a micro level, when we do not protect against discrimination
by defamation on the macro level.
The internet has provided for this type of discrimination to anyone and
everyone.
